Shipping and Returns Policy
Mischief and Mellow strives to provide excellent customer service, including a seamless shipping experience and fair resolution of any issues with your order. Please review the following shipping and returns policy to understand our procedures and your rights.
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we may issue a refund or replacement, subject to evaluation. Please note that replacements are subject to availability from our suppliers.
Notification of Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt by emailing hello@mischiefandmellow.com.au. Include your order number, contact details, description of the fault/damage, and photographic evidence to expedite the resolution process.
Items Damaged in Transit
While we take every precaution to ensure safe shipping, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. In some cases, you may be required to return the item at your expense.
Defective or Faulty Items
If an item is found to be defective, we will contact the supplier to reach a resolution.
Domestic Shipping
We use Australia Post for domestic orders. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are dispatched within two business days. Delivery times vary based on location and Australia Post's delivery timeframes, which can be found on their website. We ship from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Shipping Fees
We provide a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 for domestic orders, excluding large orders or bulky items, which may incur additional shipping charges. If you are unsure, please contact us for a delivery quote. We retain the right to cancel orders that exceed our shipping capacity.
Tracking Your Shipment
Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Pre-order Items
Occasionally, we offer pre-order items with estimated arrival dates. If you combine pre-order and in-stock items in your purchase, items will be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available. If you require earlier delivery of in-stock items, please place a separate order.
